Client Background: Ekeeda is a digital learning platform serving engineering students and other learners through recorded classes, courses and industry-focused programmes. During a period of rapid online-learning demand, the company needed to replace an ageing platform with an experience that could remain responsive during peak use and grow with its content and audience.
Business Goals: The project aimed to improve speed and reliability, make course discovery and viewing easier, reduce the effort involved in managing a large video library, and provide a foundation that could scale as the learner base expanded.
Project Objectives: Virtual Coders was engaged to modernise the web experience, support mobile learning, improve administration and teacher workflows, strengthen search and streaming, and reorganise the application and data foundations for continued growth.
The existing platform was affected by outdated technology, slow loading and interruptions during busy periods, while the interface made learning journeys harder than necessary.
Video storage and maintenance were costly, administrators could not upload and track content efficiently, and weak search optimisation limited discovery of public pages.
The migration also needed to protect existing learner and content data while the service continued operating.
Platform and workflow review: The team examined learner, teacher, administration, content, payment, search and video workflows to identify the problems with the greatest operational impact.
Modernisation planning: Application, data, search, storage, streaming and caching improvements were organised into one coordinated delivery plan.
Learning experience design: Course discovery, enrolment, viewing, progress and administration were redesigned around clearer paths for learners and internal teams.
Scalable delivery: Web, mobile, data, storage and content-delivery work was combined with performance and operational testing.

Virtual Coders delivered a renewed learning ecosystem spanning the web application, mobile application, administration portal and teacher portal. The work introduced faster course search, a clearer learning journey, improved video upload and storage workflows, and streaming designed for lower-bandwidth connections. Payment support, caching, content delivery and a broader data architecture were included so Ekeeda could manage a growing catalogue and audience.

Virtual Coders delivered a renewed learning ecosystem spanning the responsive web application, mobile application, administration portal and teacher portal. The work also covered course discovery, video workflows, payment support and the underlying data and cloud architecture.
Course discovery, enrolment, video viewing and progress journeys were reorganized around clearer paths for learners. The renewed experience was designed to make it easier to find relevant content and continue learning across web and mobile.
The project introduced improved upload and storage workflows for internal teams, along with streaming designed for lower-bandwidth connections. AWS S3, Redis and Cloudflare supported storage, caching and content delivery across the platform.
Application, database, search, storage, caching and content-delivery improvements were planned as one coordinated modernization program. This gave Ekeeda a more maintainable foundation for expanding its course catalogue and serving more learners.
The published stack includes .NET Core, Angular, ASP.NET MVC, Flutter, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, AWS S3 and Cloudflare across the web, mobile, data, caching and content-delivery layers.
